I’m a small-town Alberta girl who grew up playing sports, camping, exploring the outdoors, travelling, and spending lots of time with friends and family. Ringette was my past-time of choice for many years, having competed at the National level.

I’ve always been curious about how the body works and how we can help our body function better! While pursuing a degree in Kinesiology (the study of body movement), I discovered the practice of Manual Osteopathy. Needless to say, I was amazed by its benefit! So upon completion of my degree, I enrolled to become an Osteopathic Manual Therapist.
